We offer free shipping on all domestic web orders and returns.
Our carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. We ship using UPS Ground domestically and determine international shipping on an economical basis. A New York State Tax of 8.875% applies to New York state residents only.
Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; GENERATION LOVE has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from generationloveclothing.com, you are considered the ”importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from generationloveclothing.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to generationloveclothing.com. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
