SHIPPING POLICY 

 

We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100 (except HI & AK where shipping is $50). Orders totaling less than $100 will incur a $10 shipping fee for ground USA shipping. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates for orders shipping via FedEx Ground. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Please allow one business day for processing.

All Jewelry purchases will be shipped via FedEx First Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx Standard Overnight, or FedEx 2Day and signature will be required upon delivery. All in-stock jewelry orders will be shipped within 2 days of your order being placed. For made-to-order pieces, please reference the lead time of the product, at the time of purchase. 

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You may also use Shop app; created by Shopify to track your order. On the rare occasion that your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping company directly.  Generation Love is not liable for unforeseen issues caused by third-party shipping providers such as shipping delays, theft or missing packages.

Priority orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 p.m. EST (excluding holidays) are shipped on the same day. Priority orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST are shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. Generation Love does not offer Saturday delivery, so if you place an overnight/2-day order after 3 p.m. EST on Thursday you will receive that package on Monday/Tuesday and if you place overnight/2-day on Friday after 3 p.m. EST you will receive that Package on Tuesday/Wednesday.

Orders over $750 will require a signature, for delivery.

U.S. Returns: After many years of free returns, we finally caved and instituted a $10 restocking fee in an effort to offset the costs associated with processing returns, such as shipping, restocking, and lost sales. We understand that this may be an inconvenience for some customers, but we believe that it is necessary to ensure the long term stability of our business. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date your package is delivered. Garments must be unworn and returned with tags intact. You will receive a refund to the original form of payment.

We offer returns on jewelry for store credit within 7 days of your package being delivered. Jewelry must be returned in its original condition and with tags still attached. Please email customerservice@generationloveclothing.com to make a return request.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please allow 7 business days from shipping transit time for us to receive your package. Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow approximately 5 days for your return to be processed. Once your refund is initiated, it may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account depending on payment method used.

Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size. If you would like a completely different item, follow the instructions below to print a prepaid shipping label to send the merchandise you don’t want back to Generation Love as a return, and then you can place a new order online for the item(s) you would like.


To ensure you receive a full refund remember to:

  • Keep all hangtags attached to unworn garments.
  • Remove jewelry before trying on garments. Some garments are made from fine and delicate fabrics, which can snag and tear easily.
  • Prevent perfume, smoke, and deodorant from damaging garments. Damaged items may not be returned.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.


International Orders: Generation Love now offers international shipping.

Due to high volume, customs world wide has been experiencing severe delays. Packages may be held in customs between 2-90 days.

Generation Love is not responsible for any packages held in customs. We appreciate your patience.


For all refused or undeliverable international orders, customers are still responsible for all shipping costs, duties and taxes, processing and handling fees. These fees are non-refundable.


We do not provide shipping labels for international returns. Please reach out to customerservice@generationloveclothing.com to initiate a return. A refund will be issued only for item(s) at the retail value paid once the order is delivered back to our warehouse.

 

Orders that include in stock merchandise, as well as pre-order merchandise, will ship in one package when the pre-order item(s) are in stock. If you prefer to ship in stock items immediately, please place two separate orders (one for immediate merchandise and one for preorder merchandise).

 

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Styles available for pre-order appear with the option to "Pre-Order” rather than "Add to Cart". The estimated ship date for these items is located on the product page. When purchasing a pre-order item, you will be charged immediately at checkout. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your pre-ordered item(s) ship from our warehouse.
