RETURN POLICY:
US Online Shopping Returns:
Please note:
- A $10 restocking fee will be applied to all returns to help cover processing costs.
- Garments must be unworn and returned with tags intact.
- Damaged items cannot be returned and returns not meeting our policy will not be accepted.
- Final sale items and fine jewelry are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for Generation Love clothing purchased at another retailer.
- All return requests must be submitted with 14 days of delivery date.
To ensure a full refund, please:
- Keep hangtags attached to unworn garments.
- Remove jewelry before trying on items to avoid snags or tears.
- Avoid perfume, smoke, and deodorant from encountering the garments.
In-Store Shopping Returns:
If you made an in-store purchase at our flagship store on Madison Ave in NYC and can't return to the store, please reach out to us to arrange your return.
Cash purchases will be refunded as store credit, which can be used both in-store and online
Please allow 7 business days for your package to reach us after shipping. Once it arrives at our warehouse, processing may take up to 5 days. After your refund is initiated, it may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
You will receive a refund to the original form of payment.
US Exchanges:
Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size. If you'd like the item in a different color or a completely different item, please return the original item by following the link above to print a prepaid shipping label. Then, place a new order online for the item(s) you would like.
International Orders: Generation Love now offers international shipping.
We do not offer free returns. A refund will be issued only for item(s) at the retail value paid once the order is delivered back to our warehouse.
Orders that include in stock merchandise, as well as pre-order merchandise, will ship in one package when the pre-order item(s) are in stock. If you prefer to ship in stock items immediately, please place two separate orders (one for immediate merchandise and one for preorder merchandise).
