EU Right to Withdrawal

The EU law gives you the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of delivery – no reason needed.

You can also withdraw before your order has been shipped by contacting our customer support team at customerservice@generationloveclothing.com

To submit your withdrawal request for a fulfilled order, enter your Order ID and Email Address in this portal. You’ll receive an email confirmation upon submitting the form, and once you return the goods, a full refund will be processed within 14 days.

Please note: some items are not eligible for withdrawal, including personalized goods and sealed hygiene products that have been opened.
