GENERATION LOVE CLOTHING MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES

2021 Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR OTHER OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.  The GENERATION LOVE CLOTHING Monthly Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is a series of monthly sweepstakes.  The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. (Eastern Time) on October 1, 2021 and ends on June 30, 2022 at 11:59:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) (the “Sweepstakes Period”).  During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will conduct one (1) monthly sweepstakes (“Monthly Sweepstakes”).  Each Monthly Sweepstakes will begin at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on the first Monday of each month and will end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last day of the month (“Drawing Deadline”). Sweepstakes is sponsored by GENERATION LOVE CLOTHING. (“Sponsor”) 44-02 11^th St. Queens, NY 11101.

Monthly Sweepstakes - Drawing Deadlines

1. Eligibility. Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older). Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates and agents and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household with them are not eligible to enter or win.
   
   2. How To Enter.  There are two (2) ways to enter.  (1) During the Sweepstakes Period, any eligible person who writes a product review on the GENERATIONLOVECLOTHING.com (https://generationloveclothing.com/) website will be entered.

One winner will be selected each month. If you have already written a review, you will be entered automatically. Only one entry per item will be accepted.

To write a review a) visit the GENERATIONLOVECLOTHING.com product page of the item you want to review; b) click “write a review”; c) write your review and rate the product, preview your review, and click submit; d) add email address as a verified user; (2)  You may also enter the Sweepstakes by sending a postcard with your name, address, and email address to GENERATION LOVE CLOTHING Customer Service, 44-02 11^th St. Queens, NY 11101. Your Monthly Sweepstakes entry will be determined as received (or postmarked) by the Drawing Deadline for that month, according to Sweepstakes administrator’s time clock.  Valid entries will be included in all monthly Sweepstakes drawings remaining.  No hand or e-mail deliveries of entries will be accepted. Use of a false email account will disqualify an entry upon discovery by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, illegible lost, late, misdirected, garbled or delayed entries or other communications or other technical problems related to the Sweepstakes or Sweepstakes entries. The use of scripts or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited.  Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Site, or who otherwise violates these rules. 

1. Prizes. For each Monthly Drawing, one (1) potential Winner will be selected from among the valid entries received up to the Drawing Date, to receive a GENERATION LOVE CLOTHING Pajama Set set worth up to $165.00 on the [*GENERATION LOVE CLOTHING website].

Odds of winning prize depend on the number of eligible entries received, by any entry method, as of the time of each Monthly Drawing.

Prize is not transferable and subject to availability.  No substitution of prize for cash or other goods and services is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of approximately equal value.  All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

4. Drawings.  One (1) potential winner will be determined by random drawing each month during the Sweepstakes Period from all eligible entries received up to the date of each random drawing.  The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding.  Potential winner(s) will be notified within a week of the drawing by an email sent to the email address specified at the time of entry.  If the potential winner does not respond within 14 days of the date of the prize notification, fails to comply with the instructions contained in the prize notification within that time period, is ineligible for the prize, or refuses to accept the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to randomly choose an alternate potential winner from the pool of remaining eligible entries. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry online, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account for the email address provided to Sponsor is registered.  Potential winner may be required to provide a driver’s license and/or other evidence of identity in connection with claiming the prize.  Winner may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release in the form provided by Sponsor, within fourteen days of attempted notification in order to claim prize.  An entrant is not a winner unless and until the entrant’s eligibility and has been verified and entrant has complied with all Sweepstakes requirements.  Prizes will be awarded.  Limit One (1) Prize per person during the Sweepstakes Period. 

1. General Conditions. Sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or other conditions that impair the functioning of the Sweepstakes as intended by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and to select winner from eligible and salvageable entries received on or before the termination date. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to contact entrants, whether due to technical or human error.

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree (i) to be bound by these rules; (ii) that any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased,  SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU; (iii) that Sponsor has the right to use entrant’s first name, last name, and city and state on Sponsor’s website and in any and all publicity and advertising for Sponsor without any further attribution, except where prohibited by law; (iv) to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone, mail or email regarding this Sweepstakes; and (v) to release and hold harmless (and hereby release and hold harmless) Sponsor and its agents for any liability, damages, loss or injury resulting from entrants’ participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, shipping and handling, loss, use or misuse of any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes.  Entrants and winner assume sole liability for injuries, including personal injuries and/or damage to person or property, caused or claimed to be caused by participating in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, shipping and handling, loss, use or misuse of any prize awarded. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and all claims must be resolved in the United States.

6.  Privacy:  Entrants’ personal information will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy on the GENERATION LOVE CLOTHING site.  Entrants may opt out of receiving further communications from Sponsor at any time.

1. Names of Winner. For the names of the winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope postmarked and to be received by March 15, 2022 to: GENERATION LOVE CLOTHING, 44-02 11^th St. Queens, NY 11101.
